I wrote a book! And it came out last week. And much to my joy, it has become an Amazon bestseller and so far, with positive reviews. My co-author Jane Baxter is a phenomenal chef who has made following the advice in my book delicious. Science at the front and food at the back is my idea of a perfect combination, I hope you think so too.
